Terms & Conditions for crickxs — Know the Rules

1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided by crickxs, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, promotional offers, and all account-related services accessible at crickxs.net. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

crickxs reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the posting of updated Terms on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of crickxs following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.1 Platform Access

Access to crickxs is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability — particularly during high-traffic periods such as BPL and IPL fixtures — we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever operationally possible.

1.2 Acceptance of Risk

Gambling involves financial risk. By using crickxs, you acknowledge that gambling is entertainment and that the outcome of all games and betting markets is uncertain. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred while using the platform. crickxs does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

2 Account Registration

To access any real-money service on crickxs, including sports betting and casino games, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, complete, and truthful personal information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a crickxs account, you must provide the following information truthfully and accurately:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Your date of birth (you must be 18 years of age or older)
• A valid, active email address that you own and control
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name
• A username and strong password of your choosing
• Your current residential address

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, with potential permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance if fraudulent intent is established.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active crickxs account at any given time. The one-account policy applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. If crickxs identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus winnings associated with those accounts may be voided at crickxs's sole discretion.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

crickxs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international gaming licence requirements. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle, including:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash account statement, Nagad transaction history, bank statement)

KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000 and before activating certain promotional offers. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to use crickxs, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your account lifetime:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal circumstances
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling block programme
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of crickxs or any associated company

If crickxs discovers that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria — including but not limited to being under 18 — the account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an ineligible player will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any withdrawals already processed, and all winnings will be forfeited in full.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

crickxs accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit enforced by crickxs, however your chosen payment provider may impose their own transaction limits which crickxs cannot override.

Deposits are credited to your crickxs account balance in real time for bKash and Nagad, and within 2–5 minutes for bank transfer methods. crickxs does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 BST on a business day are typically processed same day for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved
• Any active bonus funds must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement
• No pending security review or fraud investigation is active on your account
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding policy violations

crickxs reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual activity patterns are detected. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the player.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on crickxs are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Exchange rate risk, where applicable for international payment networks, is borne by the player. crickxs does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any cryptocurrency.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

crickxs offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cricket tournament prize pools, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and the IPL. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion a maximum of once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement
• Bonuses claimed under multiple accounts will be voided and accounts may be closed
• crickxs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice
• In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion's terms page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

The following bet types contribute at the rates indicated toward wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): 10% contribution
• Sports betting (pre-match, minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution
• Sports betting (in-play): 50% contribution

Wagers placed with real-money funds are always processed first. Bonus funds are used only once the real-money balance reaches zero.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using crickxs, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crickxs platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification; impersonating another person or entity
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or other abusive strategies
• Match fixing and insider information: Using non-public information to gain an advantage in sports betting markets or attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to interact with the crickxs platform in a non-human manner
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer any part of the crickxs platform software or infrastructure
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory behaviour toward crickxs staff or other platform users via any communication channel
• Money laundering: Using crickxs to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of crime. crickxs cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime

crickxs employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, crickxs reserves the right to take immediate action, including but not limited to suspending betting privileges, voiding affected wagers, closing the account, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your crickxs account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before processing the closure, crickxs will verify your identity and check for any pending withdrawals, active bonuses, or open bets. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by crickxs

crickxs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or match fixing
• Identification of a player as being under 18 years of age
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider related to deposits made on the account

Where an account is closed by crickxs due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as inactivity), any verified real-money balance will be returned after deducting reasonable administrative costs.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for 12 consecutive months. crickxs will attempt to contact you at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances from the 13th month of inactivity onward. This fee covers account maintenance and data retention costs.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crickxs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the crickxs platform.

crickxs's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

crickxs does not accept liability for:

• Any failure or delay in platform performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Errors in your own betting decisions, including but not limited to selecting incorrect bet types, stakes, or markets
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other external service providers integrated into the crickxs platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the crickxs service, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under our gaming licence terms.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
